CORPORATE ACCOUNT MANAGER

£20,000k basic + UNCAPPED COMMISSION (OTE £25k) plus excellent company benefits


Our client is an extremely successful company providing telecoms and data solutions to businesses. They are now looking to offer the successful candidate an exciting and challenging position within their offices as a Corporate Account Manager.



The purpose of the role will be to proactively manage, retain and develop long term business relationships with their clients and business partners.



Key Responsibilities



Proactively Manage your Business Accounts providing regular courtesy calls, quality checks, tariff reviews
Proactively itentify possible sales opportunities with existing client base
Respond and resolve all Account Queries within SLA
Manage Account requirements on an “on Demand” basis providing account information, analysis, payment history, usage
Sell Products and Services matching customer needs to product solutions
Reduce Customer Debt, identifying issues and trends and working with credit control to increase cash collection and Direct Debits


Essential Requirements:



Must have previous Account Management experience and proven track record in sales and service within a business to business environnment
Strong interpersonal skills and the proven ability to develop relationships with clients and business partners
You must be able to proactively manage and maintain customer relationships allowing you to, anticipate and meet customers’ expectations
Commercially aware and have a strategic approach
Strong presentation skills
Strong organisational skills and a systametice approach to planning activity
Excellent knowledge or Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent analytical skills


This role is centrally located and easily accessible from most locations in Manchester, Great Manchester, Rochdale, Bury, Leigh and Bolton
