£12,500 - £14000 + COMMISSION

Our client, a huge telecommunications company is offering a FULL TIME SALES ADVISOR position, working at their state of the art call centre. Ideally you will come from a customer service or a soft sales background where you have you have worked in retail, hospitality or a call centre environment. You must have excellent telephone and communication skills and the ability to deal with customers who are thinking of taking their business elsewhere. You must also have a professional attitude, a customer relations background and ideally basic keyboard skills.

The company is based in Newcastle-u-lyme, easily commutable from Tunstall, Burslem, Longton, Newcastle-u-lyme and other areas of Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire and Cheshire.

Full product training will be provided but you must possess the ability to work towards targets, be confident, articulate and have excellent written and verbal skills.
