My client is a well established company specialising in independent hotel reservations for businesses. They are now looking for individuals to work in their call centre based in Stockport, Cheshire. Easily accessible from Manchester, Altrincham, Cheadle and Wilmslow.

Your role is to take incoming calls from customers wishing to book a corporate event either hotel accommodation, business travel or event management and to act as a direct point of contact.

You will need to have good CUSTOMER SERVICE skills and experience ideally in travel, leisure, retail or call centre.

In return an excellent package is on offer including basic salary, bonus, private healthcare, gym membership and more. This is a FULL TIME, PERMANENT role, working Monday - Friday only.
