An excellent position has come available to work with a large blue chip company as a Data Analyst.



Joining an existing team of analysts you will report to and support the Operations Planning Manager and have the ability to work to a consistently high standard in a pressurised environment, able to work to deadlines and on own initiative.


This role will see you working along side the call centre operational team, producing weekly/monthly and ad-hoc MI reports, highlighting trends, productivity performance, FTE figures, weekly absence statistics etc. Day to day management of dialler performance, project planningand campaign monitoring.


Skills and Experience Required


Good standard of education including Maths / English / IT
Computer literate – able to absorb new systems quickly
Excellent SQL, MS Excel and MS Access skills.
Experience of reporting and BI tools (e.g. Pentaho/reports)
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Previous experience in a planning and organising capacity
Knowledge of ACD Telephony system


This role is centrally located and easily accessible from most parts of South Yorkshire, Doncaster, Mansfield, Chesterfield, Barnsley & Rotherham
