HR Administrator

£15,000 - £17,000 (dependant on experience) plus company benefits
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of the most successful company's in North West as a HR Administrator, providing administrative support to the on-site HR team.
Duties
·Provide a comprehensive administration service for all aspects of HR;
·Assist with all HR general correspondence;
·Produce Management Information on a weekly and monthly basis as required;
·Assist with administration duties for monthly payroll as directed;
·Answer incoming telephone, email and written queries from external parties and internal staff.
·Answer face to face queries from internal staff
Essential Experience:
·Working within an administration environment whilst having dealt with face to face customer service or quiries
·Working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
·Working in an analytical and numerical environment
·Managing your own workload and assuming responsibility
Essential Skills Required:
·Strong attention to detail
·Understanding of Data Protection Act
·Excellent organisation skills
·Excellent communication skills
This role is centrally lcoated and easily accessable from most parts of Lancashire, Lancaster, Preston, Chorley, Leyland, Blackburn, Bolton, Horwich and Leigh.
