Our client, a company at the forefront of their industry, is continually growing their sales force to meet customer demand and to retain and expand their already huge customer base. Due to this phenomenal success they are looking for experienced and target driven Team Managers/leaders to join their sales team in their Warrington call centre.

Easily commutable from Warrington, Leigh, Wigan, Northwich, Crewe, Liverpool, Widnes, St Helens, Manchester

As a sales Team Manager/leader, your role will be to drive the performance of your team, through regular feedback and coaching and by driving a culture of competition and ambition through team meetings, incentives etc

You will also be a key part of the departments management team, and your input and ideas will contribute to the successful performance of the department and the company as a whole.

Ideally, you will have a strong background in sales either B2C or B2B, retention, telesales or inbound sales and call centers and have a proven track record in team management. You will be motivated by your own and your teams success and achievement and will be looking for a role where you can start a successful career in sales management.
